Refund Policy
1. REFUND / RETURN POLICY
– SUJHAL Jewels will accept returns and refunds on purchase of selected products within 3 days from the date of received. The product must have with original price tag.
– It must be noted that SUJHAL Jewels shall not be liable for the cost of return/insurance for the postage/courier. This shall entirely be your responsibility.
– All the Payment credited to the retailor within one week from the date of return.
2. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
– Please allow 20-30 working days for the products purchased to be dispatched, as selected piece is on a made to order basis.
– The retailor shall allow exchange of selected products within 3 days of the date of delivery. If the retailor fails to exchange within 3 days of the date of delivery then 30% amount of the products shall be deducted by the SUJHAL Jewels. The SUJHAL Jewels shall exchange only 70% amount of the original product price.
– SUJHAL Jewels shall provide free delivery/shipping on all products except in cases where shipments are to be made to remote areas/ not provided on the Website.
– The Shipping charge shall be paid by the Retailor below the purchase of Rs. 2000/-.
– SUJHAL Jewels shall send you an email and SMS on the date of dispatch of the purchased product, including details of the expected date of delivery, tracking reference number, etc. For the sake of clarity, it must be noted that all delivery dates are estimates only.
3. REPAIR POLICY
SUJHAL Jewels offers Users repair services for products purchased from the Website only. Before shipping such products, the User is required to contact SUJHAL Jewels’s customer support team to initiate the process. On receipt and acknowledgement from SUJHAL Jewels’s Customer support team, the User may send such products for repair services at their own cost. The Customer support team shall access the degree of damages and provide a quotation for repair of the product to the User in writing. Any kind of repair work shall be initiated only once the User approves of the same in writing. The User shall be responsible for all shipping (pre and post repair) and insurance charges.
4. INSURANCE
SUJHAL Jewels shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.
