Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery (as per our Returns Policy).
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • The returned item passes our quality inspection after being received.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized & Personalized Jewellery (including engraved or made-to-order items)
  • Discounted or Final Sale Items
  • Gift Cards or Promotional Items
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Raise a Request: Email customerconnect@sujhal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  3. Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange a secure pickup through our logistics partner.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once received, the item will undergo a quality check.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed as store credit or a bank transfer (bank details must be provided).
  • Store Credit Option: If preferred, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which will be issued within 48 hours of approval. Store credit shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of store credit being applied to your account. Beyond 90 days, all store credits shall expire.
  • Shipping & COD Charges are Non-Refundable: Only the product value will be refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.
  • Refunds for cancellations are processed only if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Refund Denial & Disputes

Refunds will be denied if:

  • The returned item fails quality inspection (used, damaged, or missing parts).
  • The request is raised beyond the 48-hour window.
  • The reason for return does not comply with our policy.

In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
