Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in crafting and delivering our jewellery. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.

Returns/Exchanges are eligible only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • The product is not a non-returnable category (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized & Custom-Made Jewellery (engraved, bespoke designs, etc.)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift Cards or Promotional Items
  • Discounted or Final Sale Items

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Raise a Request: Contact us at customerconnect@sujhal.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging to verify eligibility.
  3. Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange a secure pickup through our logistics partner.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, the product will undergo a quality check.
    • If approved, exchange/replacement/refund will be processed.
    • If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued only in case of defective or incorrect items and are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval and receipt of products.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We adhere to a strict No Exchange Policy. Goods once sold cannot be exchanged. Products can be returned if applicable under Returns Policy (see Section 1).

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package.
  • Take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately at customerconnect@sujhal.com .
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

8. Disputes & Resolution

In case of any disputes, our team will work towards a fair resolution. Our decision will be final in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery (as per our Returns Policy).
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • The returned item passes our quality inspection after being received.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized & Personalized Jewellery (including engraved or made-to-order items)
  • Discounted or Final Sale Items
  • Gift Cards or Promotional Items
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

2. Refund Process

    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed as store credit or a bank transfer (bank details must be provided).
  • Store Credit Option: If preferred, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which will be issued within 48 hours of approval.
  • Shipping & COD Charges are Non-Refundable: Only the product value will be refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.
  • Refunds for cancellations are processed only if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Refund Denial & Disputes

Refunds will be denied if:

  • The returned item fails quality inspection (used, damaged, or missing parts).
  • The request is raised beyond the 48-hour window.
  • The reason for return does not comply with our policy.

In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
