1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-Order & Customized Jewellery: Processing time may vary between 15-30 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹350 applies to orders below this amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee of 2% on MRP of product/s.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or force majeure events. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. In cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we may use the Indian Speed Post for those deliveries and inform you about the same.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Partners
We ship through leading logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transit.
7. Delivery Policy
- Orders will only be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the order will be returned, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
- A valid ID may be required upon delivery for high-value jewellery orders.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- Do not accept the order.
- Take clear photos/videos as proof.
- Notify our customer support immediately at customerconnect@sujhal.com.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
10. Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- For cancellations before shipping, contact our customer support immediately. Cancellation policies for customized jewellery may vary.

- We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
- Free shipping promotion excludes any additional taxes / government charges.
- Multiple items may not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt; our courier partners require proof of identity to hand over the jewellery as well – request you provide the same when asked for.
- If your pin code is not listed in our delivery / shipping zones, get in touch with us and we will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
